Portal Sync Engine
Your projects now sync automatically to TradeMe, realestate.co.nz, and Townhouses.nz from one place. Change a price or availability in Dash and your portal listings update automatically. Dash detects drift between your project data and what's live on each portal - so you always know what's out of sync and why.

Projects now sync automatically to TradeMe, realestate.co.nz, and Townhouses.nz. Change anything in Dash and your portal listings update automatically. Portal listings also refresh when you update project media.
Open Homes on TradeMe
Schedule Open Homes directly from Dash and publish them to your TradeMe listings. Check-ins open an hour before the start time.
Portal drift detection
Dash now detects when your project data is out of sync with what's live on each portal, so you always know what needs updating and why.
Project pages redesigned
The project detail page has been rebuilt with a tabbed layout - units, portals, contacts, and files are each in their own tab. Contacts linked to a project now have a dedicated tab with activity notes visible directly from the project view.
Contact import API
Import contacts into Dash via API. Connect your website enquiry forms, Meta lead ads, or automation tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n. Supports tags, lead assignment, project linking, and activity notes on import. Full documentation at dashcrm.co/docs.
Lead assignment
Incoming enquiries can now be assigned to specific team members at the project level. Assignees can also be set directly when importing contacts via API.
Inquiry notifications
Project assignees now receive email notifications for new enquiries. TradeMe enquiries are imported directly into Dash contacts automatically.
